What if yoga could be more than a workout.

What if it could be your way to restore balance, find strength, and create calm in your life? I’m Martha, and my approach to yoga blends movement with meaning, inspired by the five essential elements of nature.

Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. Together, these elements represent a complete system, helping you feel centered and whole.

When life feels heavy, I offer grounding practices that connect you to the stability of Earth. When you crave flow and flexibility, I guide you to move like Water, fluid and strong. When you need energy and drive, I help you ignite your inner Fire. If it’s lightness and ease you’re after, I offer playful sessions that feel as free as Air. And when it’s time to pause, reflect, and breathe, I bring the calm of Ether into your practice. It’s a journey of connection, within yourself, with others, and with the world around you.

With 5 years of experience in holistic health, yoga and nutrition, I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner.

Aerial Yoga is a fascinating fusion of traditional yoga and aerial acrobatics. In my classes, participants lift off into a world of weightlessness where we practice asanas in the air using fabric suspended from the ceiling. This unique form of yoga promotes strength, flexibility and balance while providing a sense of freedom and lightness. By playing with gravity, Aerial Yoga opens up new perspectives and invites you to experience and strengthen your body in an entirely new way.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form that combines flowing movements with conscious breathing. In my classes, participants are guided through creative flows that enhance strength, flexibility and balance while igniting the inner fire. The synchronized connection between breath and movement melts away everyday worries and leads to a state of deep relaxation.

Yogaboard merges the essence of yoga with the feeling of surfing on waves. In my classes, participants flow through sequences on a balance board that creates a three-dimensional balancing effect with its curved underside. This innovative practice strengthens deep muscles, promotes stability and flexibility, while inviting inner calm amidst flowing movements. Like surfers on the ocean, practitioners learn to navigate fluctuations and maintain their center.

Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative form that promotes deep relaxation and inner peace through long- held positions. In my classes, participants are guided through nurturing sequences that root them in the present moment. By practicing conscious breathing and holding asanas for extended periods, tensions are released and a sense of security is cultivated. Yin Yoga helps maintain grounding during stressful times while staying connected to one’s inner self.

I offer Pranayama and Meditation as two effective techniques for enhancing concentration and stress management. Pranayama focuses on breath control to help regulate energy levels and sharpen focus by improving lung capacity while fostering calmness in stressful situations. Meditation complements this practice by creating space for clarity and mental relaxation – organizing thoughts and calming the mind. Together, Pranayama and Meditation provide valuable tools for enhancing personal performance and overall well-being.
