What types of yoga do you offer?

I offer a variety of yoga styles connected to the five elements: Vinyasa Yoga (Fire),
Yogaboard (Water), Aerial Yoga (Air), Yin Yoga (Earth) and Meditation & Pranayama
(Ether/Space). Each practice focuses on different aspects of physical and mental well-being.

No prior experience is required. My classes are open to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I offer modifications and guidance to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
Absolutely. Yoga is about progress, not perfection. My classes are designed to accommodate all bodies and I offer modifications for various levels and abilities to ensure you can practice at your own pace.

Bring comfortable clothing, a yoga mat (if you have one) and an open mind. For specialized classes like Yogaboard or Aerial Yoga, equipment will be provided. Please check each events / retreat page seperately for a more elaborate list.
Group classes are open to all, focusing on shared learning and connection, while personal training offers a more tailored experience, where you can work one-on-one with me to address specific goals or needs.
Yes! I offer private one-on-one yoga sessions tailored to your personal goals. I also provide corporate yoga sessions, either virtually or in-person, designed to enhance employee wellbeing.
Retreats provide a deeply immersive experience that combines yoga, mindfulness and relaxation in tranquil settings. You’ll enjoy dedicated yoga sessions, nourishing meals and plenty of time for personal reflection, relaxation and community building.

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and a water bottle. For some classes, props or specific equipment are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
